BIS KCl 99- For Applications in Electrolysis, Pigments, Zeolites, Carrageenan, Electroplating, Titanium Dioxide

In chlor-alkali electrolysis (amalgam process as well as membrane process), BIS KCl 99 % is used for the production of caustic potash and chlorine.

In pigment production, BIS KCl 99 % is used for the salting out of water-soluble azo- and anthraquinone dyestuffs. In zeolite production, this product is used to modify pore size. In carrageenan production, it is used for precipitating kappa and iota carrageenan after extraction. In weak acidic electroplating it is used as a conducting salt. In titanium dioxide production KCl 99 % is used as a processing aid in calcination for monitoring product quality.
